Meet Your Team

Linda brings over 20 years of experience in operations and administration, along with a genuine passion for creating a positive, welcoming environment for patients and staff. She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership.

As Practice Manager, Linda keeps the practice running smoothly day to day while supporting the team and ensuring each patient has a seamless experience. She works closely with clinical leadership to improve workflows and enhance practice operations, always with a focus on thoughtful service and attention to detail.

Known for her approachable style and strong communication, Linda is committed to making every patient feel comfortable and cared for.

Kathleen joined Dr. Pavlo’s team in December 2023. She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Lowell, is a licensed dental assistant, and has more than 15 years of clinical and administrative orthodontic experience.

She loves seeing smiles transform and the confidence that a beautiful one brings. Kathleen is a resident of Ipswich and enjoys being on Crane’s beach year-round.

McKenzie grew up in Rowley, MA. She is a former patient of Dr. Pavlo’s and now gets to experience being part of the best team. She joined our team in 2022 and holds certification in radiology and infection control.

McKenzie enjoys spending time with friends, reading, and listening to Taylor Swift!

Kelly joined the Pavlo team in early 2025. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, she moved to Massachusetts over 20 years ago after college and has called the North Shore home ever since. Though she earned her degree in criminal justice, Kelly found her true fit in the dental field. After working in both oral surgery and general dentistry, she shifted gears to orthodontics in 2021.

Outside the office, you’ll usually find her with her husband, Jeff, and their two sons, John and Jackson—often at a baseball game or working on a home project. Kelly loves the relationships that are built with families over the course of treatment and watching how the power of a beautiful smile can change everything in someone's life!

Alex joined our team in May 2013. She grew up in Haverhill, MA and now resides in Sandown, NH with her husband Cam, their daughter Ella, and their dog Goose. Alex graduated from Northern Essex Community College’s Dental Assisting Program in 2013 and also holds an Associate Degree in General Studies. She is a Certified Dental Assistant that holds certifications in infection control, radiology, OSHA, and HIPPA.

In March 2025, Alex transitioned from her role in the clinic to the administrative side of the office where she is now our insurance coordinator. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out, going to the beach, laying by her pool, and traveling anywhere warm!

Julie grew up in Peabody, MA and now resides in Methuen, MA with her husband Jad and their two boys. Julie graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology in 2011. Prior to her time at Pavlo Orthodontics, Julie had a successful gymnastics career of 25 years.

Julie joined our team in June of 2021 and is thrilled to be a part of such an amazing team and building connections with our patients. When not working at Pavlo Orthodontics, Julie loves to: go camping, cook with her husband, spend time with her family and friends, and go to Disney World!

Rachel joined the team in February 2025. She has a degree in Communications and is currently working toward her Bachelor's degree. She loves being part of a team that helps people smile with confidence.

Outside the office, you can find her spending time with family and friends, working out, or recording episodes for her podcast, “For Such a Time as This.”

Molly grew up in Peabody, MA, and was previously a patient of Dr. Pavlo before joining our team in January 2026. She is a licensed esthetician who loves seeing patients feel confident in their smiles.

In her free time, Molly enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as reading and listening to music.

Hailey grew up in Peabody and joined our team March 2025! She graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at Essex Tech in May of 2024 and holds her Dental Assisting License.

Hailey has wanted to be in the orthodontic field since she had braces as a kid! She enjoys going to the beach and the lake in the summer, and spending time with friends and family.

Cassie is a Certified Dental Assistant who joined the Pavlo team in 2012. She graduated from American Career Institute and is certified in infection control and radiology. She has more than eight years of dental experience. Cassie enjoys getting to know our patients and loves watching them fall in love with their smiles!

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband Joe, their two sons Colbey and Konnor, and their loving dog Maxx. They love being outdoors at their boys’ sporting events and summer days at the beach.

Lisa has been working in orthodontics since 2005 and joined Dr. Pavlo’s team in Spring 2011. In 2004, she completed a course in dental assisting in Swampscott, MA and then earned her radiology certification from Boston University in 2005.

Living in Gloucester for her entire life, Lisa really appreciates all the city has to offer. When she is not working, Lisa likes to spend time with her friends and family.

Carley joined our team in July 2023. Originally from Southern Maine, she now resides in Haverhill MA where she discovered her passion working with children. Leading her to join our team here at Pavlo Orthodontics!

Outside of bringing energy into work, Carley enjoys spending time with family and friends, while traveling as much as possible. Carley is a licensed Dental Assistant holding certifications in Infection Control, Radiation Health Safety, OSHA, and HIPAA.

Ayva joined the Pavlo team in November 2022 as a co-op student from Whittier Tech. She went on to graduate from the Whittier Tech Dental Assisting program in May 2024, where she then started her career as a full-time Certified Dental Assistant at Pavlo Orthodontics.

Ayva also holds certifications in infection control, radiology, OSHA, and HIPPA. She was born and raised in Haverhill, MA. Along with working at Pavlo Orthodontics, she enjoys lifting weights, going to the beach, and spending time with her friends and family.

Nayeila joined Pavlo Orthodontics in November 2022 as a former student in the Dental Program at Whittier Tech. Nayeila graduated in June 2023 and is now a full-time Dental Assistant at Pavlo Orthodontics. Nayeila is a Certified Dental Assistant and holds certifications in infection control, radiology, OSHA, and HIPPA.

Nayeila was born and raised in Haverhill, MA and she resides with her parents and her older sister. Outside the dental world, Nayeila enjoys being with her friends and family, movie nights, and car rides. Nayeila has always had a passion to be in the ortho field and is happy to be able to be a part of such a wonderful team!

Jackie, a Peabody, MA native, joined our team in February 2020 during her co-op program at Essex Tech, where she later graduated in 2021. Jackie went on to attend Assumption University, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in 2025.

She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Biomedical Sciences at Tufts Medical School, with an anticipated graduation in May 2026, and will begin dental school at Boston University’s Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in July 2026. Jackie plans to continue her path in dentistry and is excited for what lies ahead in her career.

Jackie developed an interest in the field while she was an orthodontic patient herself. She shares, “Working at Pavlo Orthodontics has allowed me to be part of countless smile transformations, and I love seeing the joy patients experience when their hard work and commitment to treatment pay off.”

In her free time, Jackie enjoys working out, reading, and finding a good coffee.
